We have experienced a server downtime 09:59 to 10:47 CEST (UTC+2) caused by network outage at our cloud server provider.
During the downtime occurs, it was not possible to access your trips in the TravelVu or ActiveTravel app. During this time, your trips will still be collected and stored locally on your device and once the server is back online again it will be processed and you will see the trips collected during this downtime.
Unfortunately, while the servers were down, it was not possible to join any survey or answer the background survey.
